My greatest regret in life was that I was too late to let you meet your daughter. You didn't get to see her blossom into a compassionate, dedicated, ambitious woman. That you won't get to see her wedding day. That you will never get to play with your granddogs. Losing you was a shock that reduced me to ashes, and as a parting gift, let me rise like a phoenix. You will always be missed.
