Obituary of Dennis C Anderson

Dennis C. "Joe" Anderson, 65, of Duluth, passed away at home on Monday, June 15, 2015 following a battle with cancer. Joe was born in Duluth, to Patricia and Clifford Anderson on July 28, 1949. He attended Duluth East High School and worked at the Duluth Housing and Redevelopment Authority for 30 years. He served in the United States Air Force as a Military police officer. He is preceded in death by his parents Patricia and Clifford Anderson; brother Ron Anderson; sister Georgia; brother-in-law Gary Rasanen; and niece Michelle Archer. He is survived by his spouse Sylvia; children, Scott Anderson, Paul Simone and Misty (Cody) Osborne; sister Kathy (Tom) Nelson; brother Jim (Rosie) Leone; five grandchildren, Amber, Heydyn, Evan, Kayden and his favorite buddy Justin, with whom he always carried a special bond. As well as many other close family and friends. MEMORIAL SERVICE: 1 p.m. Saturday, June 20, 2015 in the Westside Vineyard Church 215 N. Central Ave. Duluth.
