Obituary of Richard C. Obester

Richard "Dick" C. Obester, 81, of Cloquet, formerly of Superior, passed away on Tuesday, June 23, 2015 in Mercy Hospital, Moose Lake. He had a lengthy battle with cancer. Dick attended Superior High School graduating from Superior Central High. He was a member of Queen of Peace Church in Cloquet, Minn. He is preceded in death by his parents Edna and Michael Obester; two sisters, Shirley and Mary and a brother Jimmy. Richard is survived by children, Terry (Bronco) Sikorski, Michael (Andrea) Obester, Betsy (Gary) Steltz and Troy Obester; nine grandchildren; four great-grandchildren and a brother Joe Tomaszski. MASS: 10 a.m. on Saturday, June 27, 2015 in Queen of Peace Catholic Church 102 4th St, Cloquet, Minn., with Father Justin Fish as Celebrant.
