Obituary of Nettie Gustafson

Gustafson, Nettie Lucy (nee Capra) Age 99, of Bloomington, MN. Born on October 18, 1915 in Cumberland, WI. Passed away peacefully on June 24, 2015. Preceded in death by husband, Cecil and five brothers and sisters. Survived by daughters, Susanne (Arnie) and Trudy (Dennis). Nettie worked at the Pentagon during WWII and met her sweetheart Cecil "Eddie" in San Diego. Later worked at St. Mary's Hospital in Minneapolis. Retired from Dayton's Corporation after many years. Nettie loved the outdoors and always chose to walk rather than driving to all her activities. She was an avid gardener and grew beautiful tomatoes, peppers and onions. Nettie was a wonderful Italian cook. She dearly loved animals, especially her dogs. Mass of Christian Burial at 11 AM on Tuesday, June 30th at Nativity of Mary Catholic Church, 9900 Lyndale Ave S., Bloomington. Visitation one hour prior to Mass. Interment at Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
