Obituary of Patricia Diaz De Leon

Patricia Diaz De Leon, age 64, died peacefully and at home with family and friends on July 31st, 2015. Retired from 3M Pharmaceuticals. Survived by husband (Jesus), son (Mario), daughter (Sonia), brother (Mike Gregory) and mother (Betty Freise). A memorial service to celebrate her life will be held at Woodbury Lutheran Church (Valley Creek Campus) on Friday, August 7th at 11:45 AM.
