Obituary of John A. Meller

John (Jack) A. Meller, 91, passed away peacefully in his home on Friday, August 14, 2015. He was born on Oct. 2, 1923 in Bennett, WI to William and Ether Meller. He served in the US Navy during World War II. He worked construction and maintenence retiring from Middle River Health Care. He served as town chairman for Bennett, Wis. for 10 years. John is preceded in death by his parents, three brothers, sister, and daughter Lynn Gregerson. He is survived by his wife of 68 years, Mary Lou Meller (Morton), daughter Faye (Don) Lietha, son John (Cheryl) Meller Jr., 9 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren, and 3 great great grandchildren. MEMORIAL SERVICE: 11 am on Tuesday, Aug. 18 at the Bennett Town Hall. Arrangements by Cremation Society of Minnesota.
