Obituary of Kimberly Ann Herman

Kimberly Ann Herman, 55, of Duluth, passed from this earth Aug. 24, 2015. She was born Aug. 14, 1960 in Duluth. Kim graduated from Morgan Park High School in 1978. She went on to obtain her X-ray technology license and worked for 24 years as a surgical x-ray tech for St. Mary's Hospital. Kim enjoyed reading, needlework, watching her favorite TV programs, the great outdoors and cooking. She cherished the time she spent with her family and friends. She adored her grandchildren. Those who loved her and shared her life are: her parents, Charlie and Bea Herman; her daughter, Nichole Koivisto; her brothers, Marty (Shelley) Herman and Ken Herman; her sister Denise (Don) Nemec; her grandchildren, Sammy Koivisto and Hailey Ann Miller; a niece, a nephew and many friends. She will be deeply missed. Please remember Kim with smiles and laughter for that is how she will remember you. Be kind to one another. A private family service will be held.
