Obituary of June B. Ullom

June B. (Davis) Ullom, age 80, died peacefully at her home in Golden Valley of a reoccurrence of breast cancer. Born to her beloved parents Sam and Ellen Davis in Minneapolis. She graduated from North High and the University of Minnesota. June was married to her high school sweetheart, Jim, for 59 years. Naturally hard working and thriving on social interaction, she excelled as a realtor and was honored to receive the prestigious Emmy award from Edina Realty. June and her husband enjoyed a rich social life with friends and family. Always on board for a good social or democratic cause. A highlight of her life was the much awaited arrival of her two grandchildren. She spent long extended holidays visiting them in California. She is survived by her husband Jim Ullom; daughters Jana Ullom Cramer, Fort Collins, CO, Dr. Jody Ullom, Mill Valley, CA; grandchildren, Kaveh Ullom Pourmehr, Kimia Ullom Pourmehr, Mill Valley, CA; brother Karl Davis and his wife Carole; sisters-in-law Louise Ullom and Jean Ullom, and many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her brothers-in-law Bill and Norman Ullom; sister-in-law Phyllis & her husband Vic Sandvig. Service announcement to follow.
