Barsness, Irene Harriet Made her transition from life to eternal life on November 3, 2015. Born on February 23, 1918 in Joliet, IL. Daughter of Rev. Simon and Mabel Knutson. Preceded in death by her loving husband, Jens. Survived by children, James (Judy) Barsness, Judie (Ray) Larson, Harriet (Larry) Kaempf and Linda (Mike) McCall; 11 grandchildren; 25 great grandchildren; sister, Myrtle Branes. Special thanks to the staff at Presbyterian Homes in Arden Hills for the last 13 years. A celebration of Irene’s life will be held at a later date.
