Obituary of Phyllis M. Larsen

Phyllis M. "Phud" Larsen, age 91, of Plymouth, MN / Surprise, AZ, passed away on November 6th, 2015. Preceded in death by her husband, James, of 69 years; survived by children: Cindy (Dean), Craig, Jody (Pete); grandchildren: Tim, Pam, Brian, Paul, Zach, Heidi, Chelsea; 4 great grandchildren. Class of 1942 Minneapolis Central High School. Worked as a dresser & sewer for Wardrobe Union Local 781 for Metropolitan Opera and Broadway stage shows. Also employed with Hennepin County Finance Department during tax season. Dedicated supporter of Golden Gopher Football for 60 years. Enjoyed golfing and was a Minnesota sports enthusiast. Loved travel / cruises, and spending winters in Sun City West, AZ home. She was a beloved wife, mother, and grandmother. Her sweet personality and warm smile will be greatly missed. A celebration of life will be held at Cremation Society of Minnesota Edina Chapel, 7110 France Ave S., on Monday, November 23rd, service at 10 AM.
