Obituary of Wayne H Erwin
ERWIN, Wayne, age 83, of the Rochester area, passed away quietly on December 2, 2015 in Rogers. Grew up in Rochester, and spent a great amount of his life in Maple Plain. Father, Friend and Brother. Enjoyed playing cribbage and seeing if he could cheat without getting caught. He enjoyed working on cars, fishing, and camping. Wayne could strike up a conversation with just about anyone he met. Family was the most important thing in his life. He enjoyed spending as much time as possible with his children and grandchildren. Preceded in death by his wives, Carrol, Jean; son, David. He will be deeply missed by his children, Lavonne (Tom) Wagner, Mike (Nancy) Erwin, Vickie (Roger) McDonough, Diana Wilber, Daryl (Debbie) Erwin; grandchildren, Trevor Wagner, Geoffrey (Alison) Wagner; Chad, Nick, Mitch, Jackson, and Meghan Erwin; Jason (Ann) McDonough, Bob McDonough, Amy (Andrew) Comstock; Kris Wilber, Donny Wilber, Jessica McDonough; Cameron (Kiely) Erwin, Connor Erwin; brother, Richard (Janice) Erwin; his four-legged best friend, Joey; many nieces, nephews, many, many cousins and good friends. Committal Service 11:00 A.M. Monday, December 21st at Ft. Snelling National Cemetery, 7601 34th Ave S, Minneapolis. Family and friends will gather in assembly area # 3 by 10:45am.
