Survived by wife, Debbie Shepard-Lewis; children, Dawn Herzuck, Donna Lewis, Rachelle Lewis; grandchildren, Courtney, Kristi, Aubrey, Wyatt, Jake, Grady, Makenna & Gavin; great-grandsons, Bentley, Tyler, Nathen, Memphis, Xavier & great-granddaughter, Claire; step-children, Cambria, Mikaela & Christopher. Preceded in death by Felix & Hero. Interment Ft. Snelling National Cemetery.
