Evelyn Mary (Schieffer-Botz) Bieringer, age 86, passed away 12/12/15 in Mesa, AZ. Born in Sauk Centre, MN. Preceded in death by husband, Ben; parents, George & Hulda; sisters, Josephine, Irene and stepson David. Survived by children, Phyllis (Ron) Price, Stephen Botz, Anthony (Jamie) Botz, Georgetta Hage, Michael Botz and Tracy (Mark) Stevens. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 4 great-grand-daughters; sisters, Louise (Ray) Hieserich and Regine (Ralph) Muellner; 6 stepchildren & their families, and many nieces, nephews and friends. Memorials preferred to St. Anthony's Bread. Funeral Mass at Pax Christi Catholic Community, 12100 Pioneer Trail, Eden Prairie, MN at 11 AM with visitation starting 10 AM on Friday, July 8, 2016.
