Obituary of Phyllis Ann Dahlin

Of Zimmerman, MN, formally of Lake Mtka, Eden Prairie. Left this life and her family 12/12/15 at the age of 81. She spent her last day with her daughter, Terri (Michael) Monson; son, Brian (Michelle) and granddaughters, Courtney and Alexandra Monson. She joined her beloved husband, Roger and the many dogs she had throughout her life. Many thanks to the Southdale Fairview staff for her last days of care.
