Obituary of Michael A. Mikolajczak

Found peace January 11, 2016, age 64 years. Preceded in death by his father, Homer Mikolajczak and mother, Phyllis Mikolajczak (nee Cieslak). Beloved brother of Patricia (Russell) Snopek, Karen (Daniel) Ostrowski, Donna (Dale) King, and Cathy Mikolajczak. Proud uncle of Danny Ostrowski, Brian (Danielle) Ostrowski, David (Carrie) Snopek and Allison Snopek. Precious great uncle of Huntyr Ostrowski and Aleksandra Snopek. Michael was a dedicated and passionate professor in the department of English at the University of St. Thomas, Minnesota. He was kind, caring and thoughtful. Michael deeply valued and respected his colleagues at the University of St. Thomas and treasured the many friendships he developed. Michael will be missed by all who knew him. The family is deeply grateful to the University of St. Thomas. Arrangements for an on-campus celebration of life are pending.
