Obituary of Frank Foster

Frank Foster, 62, of Duluth, passed away Thursday, Jan. 21, 2016. Frank was born Nov 24, 1953, to John and Mary Foster, in Aitkin. He enjoyed deer hunting, fishing and camping with family and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents; sister Janice; and brother-in-law Charlie of Idaho Falls, Idaho. Frank is survived by his loving ex-wife, Carol; his best friend, Jim Ross; brothers John (Janice) of Des Moines, Iowa, and Raymond of Minneapolis; step-children Jim Jr. (Lillian), Michael, Pam (Blaine) and Charlie (Marnie); many grandchildren, nieces and nephews; and special great-grandson Jayce.
