Obituary of Stanley Paul Paczynski
Stanley "Stash" Paul Paczynski, 73, of Duluth, passed away Thursday, March 10, 2016 at St. Luke's Hospice Care Facility.
Stash was born May 24, 1942 in Duluth to Stanley F., and Rose Paczynski.
He was a member of Laborers' Local 1091 for over 40 years. In addition, Stash was an avid dirt track racing fan, enjoyed watching his grandchildren in their various sports and loved spending time with his family and friends. Stash will be dearly missed.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 44 years, Patricia; his parents; and two brothers, John Ciesielski and Tom Paczynski.
Stash is survived by three children, Robin (Casey) Paulsen of Tempe, Ariz., Stan (Lisa) Paczynski of Hermantown and Wendi Mattinen (Paczynski) of Duluth; three grandchildren, Joe, Jeff and Kaitlyn; a great-grandson, Ryan; two sisters, Rosemary Tinglestad and Suzanne Davidson; two brothers, Bill Ciesielski and Jim Paczynski; many nieces and nephews; special friend, Laurel Magnuson.
The family would like to thank the staff at St. Luke's 2W and Hospice for the wonderful care our dad received.
