Obituary of Gerald John ‘Jerry’ DeGidio

Gerald John "Jerry" DeGidio, age 71, passed away on March 12, 2016 after a courageous battle with cancer. Jerry was preceded in death by his parents, Jerry and Audrey DeGidio. He is survived by his wife Mary; children Lisa DeGidio, Mark (Elaine) DeGidio, Katie (Troy) Kruger, Erik (Lisa) Gibson, Lisa (Curtis) Lundgren; siblings Jim (Diane) DeGidio, Cathy (Steve) Kolstad, Barb (Robin) Meyer and seven beautiful grandchildren: Molly, Ella, Clara, Sam, Gwyn, James and Finn. Jerry was an electrician who owned and operated Star Electric. He loved to hunt, fish, golf, travel and play cribbage. He enjoyed spending time with his friends and family, and will be deeply missed by many. Funeral Service will be held on Friday, March 18th at 10:00 a.m. at The Cremation Society of Minnesota, 7110 France Ave. S., Edina. (952) 924-4100.
