Wayne Schlienz, 90, of Grand Marais died April 3, 2016 at the North Shore Hospital in Grand Marais with his grandson Curt Everson by his side. Wayne was born September 10, 1925 to Fay and Joshephen (Moss) Schlienz in Onaway, Michigan. He grew up in Kalkaska, Michigan. He joined the Army and served in Germany.
