Obituary of Doris Irene Sylvia Holt

Doris Irene Sylvia Holt (nee Weflen), age 91, of Richfield, went home to be with her Lord on April 9, 2016. Doris enjoyed her family, dancing, reading, and sharing humor. Preceded in death by husband of 67 years, Arnold; brothers, Archie and Palmer and sister, Millie. Survived by children: Patricia Rother, Joyce (Lonnie) Holmgren, Pamela (Charlie) Hile, and Daniel Holt; grandchildren: Nathan (Jen) Eland, Jessica (Robert) Harris, Trisha (Dan) Hammond, Lee (Camden) Hile, Luke (Jen) Rother, Max ( Johnna) Holmgren and Elliot (Laura) Hile; 11 great-grandchildren; sister, Marian Christison; sister-in-law, Barbara Weflen and many beloved nieces and nephews. Memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, April 25, 2016 at Oak Grove Lutheran Church, 7045 Lyndale Ave. S., Richfield. Visitation one hour prior to service at church. Interment at Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
