Obituary of Marilyn Betty Larson

Larson, Marilyn Betty (Johnson) Age 92 of Edina, passed away peacefully in her home on April 15, 2016. Preceded in death by her husband of 50 years, Ken; mother, Pansy; father, Lawrence; grandmother, Ellen; brother, Robert; sister-in-law, Nathalie; and son-in-law, Narasimhan. Our beloved mother and grandmother was a member of Mt. Olivet Church for 64 years, and a WWII Navy WAVES veteran. Marilyn belonged to bridge clubs, the Bachelor Buttons Garden Club, and a neighborhood birthday club. She will be dearly missed, as we cherish her memory. Survived by son, Paul (Cindy); daughter, Robin; granddaughter, Heather; grandson, Mark (Sheena); brother, Wayne (Shirley); sister-in-law, Elaine; & many loved nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends. Celebration of Marilyn's life at 2 p.m. Saturday April 23, Mt. Olivet Lutheran Church, 5025 Knox Ave. S., Mpls. Interment, Ft. Snelling National Cemetery, date to be announced. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred.
