Obituary of Thelma K. Johnson

Age 89 of Plymouth, passed away April 20th Thelma was born on June 10, 1926 in Minneapolis. She was preceded in death by her loving husband LeRoy, parents, extended family and many treasured lifelong friends. She is survived by her children Thomas (Sharon) Johnson, Joan (Steve) Ulrich, Sharon (Rick) Seitz and by her grandchildren Eric (Elissa) Seitz, Marissa (Jeremiah Mergener) Akason, Tyler (Wendi Sussman) Johnson, Krista (Matt) Baker, Matthew Ulrich, Hannah Seitz, Jack Seitz and great grandson Jake Seitz. She is also survived by her lifelong friend Signy Petrach and her son Paul Petrach. Family and friends were her priority. She was a passionate golfer and bridge player. The family wishes to extend it's gratitude to the many caregivers, especially those at Chapel View and Park Nicollet hospice who provided so much love and care for Thelma. A Memorial Service will be Tuesday May 17th, 11:00 am, at Calvary Lutheran Church, Golden Valley, MN. Luncheon to follow. In lieu of flowers memorials are preferred to Interfaith Outreach & Community Partners.
