Obituary of Penny M Turnacliff

Penny Marie Turnacliff was a Daughter, Sister, and Aunt who loved and lived for her family. On 2/24/1961 Penny was born in Minneapolis, Minnesota as the oldest of three to the loving couple of Rill and Anna May Turnacliff. Graduating from Mounds View Highschool, Penny carried a love and passion for people into her career and life. Becoming the head cook at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church school she combined a passion for food and people and still found time to cheer lead for her nephews and niece; Mitchell, Allie, and Zachary in sporting and life events to graduations and everything in between.
Penny fought through many afflictions and injury’s throughout her life and fought incredibly hard and long to be able to live and love with her friends and family. She had lots of passion for playing games with her loved ones, and going to the bingo hall or casino to have a night on the town. Always clothed in every shade of purple, as anyone who knew her could tell you,  she was the true embodiment of that very colors meaning; a combination of creativity, devotion and now a woman at peace.  She will be greatly missed and remembered for the loving and caring person she fought so hard to be able to be and will remain in our hearts and minds as we live our lives in that spirit of love and family.
Penny is survived by her loving mother, Anna May Turnacliff, Sister Tammy Kowalzek, Brother-in-law Jeff Kowalzek, Niece Allie Spencer, Nephew-in-law Ben Spencer and Nephews Mitchell and Zachary Kowalzek.
Penny will be greeted in heaven by her father Rill Turnacliff and Brother Scott.
