They enjoyed spending time between the lake, where they loved watching the wildlife, fishing, gardening and tinkering around in the garage, and their home in SW Minneapolis among friends and family, and were always ready for a good conversation about sports or politics.
They were proud of all their children and grandchildren, and loved to share stories about their accomplishments. They especially enjoyed spoiling their grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Their zest for life and appreciation for life's simple pleasures stayed with them until the very end, and inspired many.
