I had honor of being part of Brian’s care team. He was an absolutely unforgettable man. He spoke mostly of his wife, kids, and grandkids and how much he wanted to be with them. Very few people have made such an impression on me as Brian did. I mean what kind of person wakes up with smile even when bothered in the middle of the night. Wishing you all peace and to be surrounded in the memory of Brian’s love, he poured out love for his family and friends!

Our sincere condolences to the Eckstein family. My name is Bobby Thomas and colleague of Brian's at Collins Aerospace (post Lockheed Martin). We grew close as colleagues and friends. Sharing each other's family updates, having lunches and mostly just listening to Brian's experiences with life in general. He was so proud of his family and especially being promoted to "Grandpa" status. We met for lunch earlier this year and that's when he mentioned his health condition. I just found out today (September 6th) of his passing and I'm still shocked. I'm really saddened to hear this sad news. Such a big loss to us all. Brian will be dearly missed and his positive attitude and smile. May he Rest In Peace.
