Age 83 of Minneapolis passed away June 1, 2024. Preceded in death by parents, Kenneth and Florence; son Randy; daughter, Lisa Cosgrove Regner. Survived by Ellie Merritt and her children, Michael (Susan), Erik, Tia, granddaughter, Tasha Cosgrove, great grandson, Russell Merritt; daughter Nina (Joe) Cosgrove Rutledge; Lisa’s daughters: Nicole (Michael) Paslawski, Carly and Jaydie Regner; great grandsons, William and Andrew Paslawski; brother Michael Cosgrove; and other relatives and friends. At Richard’s request, no service.
