Obituary of Ronald Franklin Listner
Ronald Franklin Listner, 60, passed away in his sleep on May 8, 2024. Ronald was born and raised in St. Paul, MN. He loved the city and was happy to share about the city's history with anyone who would listen. He once made the paper as a small child, after locking himself inside the garage fridge.
Ron was proud of his time with the band Paradox and the incredible memories they created touring the States. He was a lover of Rock n Roll, missing only one Motley Crue concert in MN while on his honeymoon.
Ron took pride in his work and enjoyed teaching others about manufacturing and logistics. He had the opportunity to present in France to a global team speaking on his improvements. He was lucky to have his dream job at the time of his death.
For anyone who truly knew Ron, they knew how much he gave of himself to help others. He always saw it as "family first."
Ron is survived by his wife, Nicole, daughters Alicia and Zoe, step-children Alexis and Taylor, grandchildren Olivia, Owen, and Benji, and his ex-wife Dawn. Predeceased in death by his parents Oliver and Doris, brother Jeff, and grandson Milo.
A private memorial was held on May 17, 2024. A celebration of life, hosted by his daughters, will take place at Crosby Park in St. Paul on June 9, 2024. All who loved and cared about him are welcome.
Hail Spartacus!
