Roger Lindholm

Obituary of Roger Wallace Lindholm

Roger Wallace Lindholm age 93 of Milaca Minnesota passed away peacefully in the early morning hours of April 21st, 2024.

Roger was born December 13th, 1930 to Elmer Edward and Signe Marie Lindholm in Red Top, Minnesota. Roger spent his early childhood years attending school in Isle, Minnesota. After reaching adulthood Roger worked as a driver for Sterling Cartridge Company for many years. In 1982 while on a weekend ski trip Roger met a wonderful woman by the name of Bessie Louise Kelley. Little did they know at the time the connection they had made. After a short courtship lasting only a year, they both knew they had met their someone. After this realization they made the next normal step for a couple and on February 5th, 1983 they were married. This blending both of their families from their pasts.

After Roger's retirement from main stream work he enjoyed building the houses that he and Louise "Weegee" shared as well as the sheds to house his "toys". Many people Roger and Louise "Weegee" for all the new cars, rvs, and toys. If you ask Roger, the reason for getting the new "item" there was always a logical explanation of it... even if it was only logical to Roger. Roger also enjoyed all of the traveling he and Weegee would do. They would travel all over the United States in their RV. These were some of the happiest times for Roger.

Roger is survived by his wife of 41 years, Bessie Louise "Weegee" Lindholm. Also, brother Dennis (Leslie) Lindholm of Milbank SD, daughters Pam Hickey of Grant's Pass, OR, Kathy Krantz of Cannon Falls, MN, Kathy Lecy of Otsego, MN, daughter-in-law Elizabeth M Gorospe of Maui Hawaii, and William Kelley of Thailand Many nieces, nephews, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
