Obituary of Kenneth C. Motz

Kenneth C. Motz, age 81, of Prior Lake, MN, passed away peacefully on Sunday, April 21st, 2024.

Kenny was born in St. Paul, Minnesota to Louis and Clara Motz. The youngest of four, he helped his father on the farm until he began his 38 year career at Toro Manufacturing.

He met Pat McDonough, and they married in September of 1969. They were inseparable for almost 55 years. Kenny was so proud of his wife, his daughters, his granddaughters, his immaculate lawn and his John Deere tractors, and he was a die-hard Vikings and Twins fan.

A memorial lunch will be held from 11am-2pm on Wednesday April 24th at the American Legion, Rosemount, MN. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation in his memory to your favorite charity.

Kenny is survived by his wife, Pat; his daughters Kim and Jenny, his son-in-law Dennis, and his grandchildren Ariel and Autumn (Kevin). He is preceded in death by his parents, Louis and Clara Motz; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Harold and Rose McDonough; and his brother Gary.
