Roger was the reason for my 50+ years acting and directing in theater. I was in his One Act Play Festival productions, I was in St Louis Park Community Theater plays with him, Even After High School graduation I worked on one of his school musicals with another alum, Terry Knudsen. When people are asked what teacher had the greatest influence in their life, I instantly say Roger DeClercq. I will light a yahrzeit candle for Roger.
