Age 86, of Eden Valley, MN, passed away peacefully on March 4, 2024.

Marilys is preceded in death by her parents; husband of 68 years and love of her life, Vern Vahlsing; and 2 sisters.
She is survived by sons, Kim (Mary) and Kent (Peggy); daughter, Julie (Mark) Gillick; brothers, Jack (Candy) Holbrook, Vernon Holbrook; sisters, Nancy (Louie) Bottelberghe,

Mary (Jim) Zimmerman, Judy (Jerry) Surprenant and Becky (Greg) Hight; 6 grandchildren, 3 step-grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren and many extended family members.
