Uncle Glenn, What a great man! He always made me smile: teased me calling me Gail - E, told me garden tales (my favorite was when he loaded up "gopher dirt" in the trunk of his car), Thanksgiving meals at Grandma Blumeyers, all the weddings he performed for our family. I sure will miss him. We were all fortunate to have him in our lives.

I was saddened to hear of Glenn's passing from this life. It was such a joy to know he and Marlys. I treasure their deep friendship established in the Dubuque years and all the times we had together since then. His enthusiasm and joy for life, his deep faith and willingness to share it were qualities that drew people to him. The picture in the obituary captures who he was exactly. My sympathy to Marlys and the family. Dorothy
