Obituary of Ricci A. Minotte

Ricci A. Minotte, 62, of Duluth, Minn. passed away from this life Thursday, June 24, 2016 surrounded by his family. Ric was born on March 15, 1954 in Duluth to Albert and JoAnn Minotte. Ric spent his early years at the Minotte Grocery on Howard Gnesen Rodd, eventually residing in the Observation Hill "Little Italy" area. Ric graduated from Duluth Cathedral in 1972. He served in the U.S. Army after graduation. Construction had always been a big part of his life, from roofing with his dad at a young age to co-owning a roofing business. Ric then entered the food industry, finding his true passion of cooking and creating wonderful recipes for the family. He retired from Super One Foods after ten years of service. Ric married his forever love, Jane Brose, sharing 37 memorable years together. He was preceded in death by his parents. Those who loved and shared Ric's life are his wife Jane; daughters Christina "Kiki", Jessica and Michelle Gilderman; one sister, Cheryl Allie; and many wonderful family and friends.
