Obituary of Regina Ann Mosier
With heavy hearts and profound sadness we announce the passing of Gina Mosier, a beloved mother, nana and friend, who left all of us too soon. She departed this world on August 22, 2023, due to complications from stage-four lung cancer, ending a brave battle with strength and courage.
Born July 15, 1969, Gina brought joy and laughter into the lives of all who had the privilege of knowing her. She had a unique blend of qualities and quirks that made her an extraordinary individual. With an infectious sense of humor, she could light up even the darkest of moments with her witty remarks and laughter. Her jokes and playful spirit could turn any gathering into a joyful occasion.
Gina's helping nature knew no bounds and she would go above and beyond to lend a hand to anyone in need. Her thoughtfulness extended far beyond her immediate family, touching the lives of friends and strangers alike. No matter the circumstances, she would find a way to make things better for those around her.
Though she possessed a stubborn streak, it was a testament to her unwavering determination and resilience. When life presented her with challenges she faced them head-on, never backing down from the struggles she encountered. Her strength was an inspiration to all who witnessed her fight.
A dedicated and loving mother and nana, Gina leaves behind two daughters, Megan (Justin) and Cameryn, and two grandchildren, Grayson and Emilia who were the lights of her life. Her legacy lives on in the values and lessons she instilled in them.
Gina's passions were as diverse as her personality. She had an affinity for craft beer, particularly the offerings from Jack Pine Brewery. The joy of experiencing the State Fair was a highlight of her year; where she reveled in the excitement of the attractions, food and community. Her love for collecting rocks and crystals reflected her appreciation for the beauty of the natural world, and she found serenity in their intricate formations.
A memorial service to celebrate Gina's life will be held on Saturday, September 16, 2023 from 3:00 – 7:00 p.m. at Jack Pine Brewery in Baxter, Minn. She'd want us to lift a glass, share a laugh and remind ourselves that life is too short for anything less.
Though her physical presence is no longer with us, the impact Gina had on our lives is everlasting. May she rest in peace, free from pain, and may her memory be a source of comfort and strength as we navigate the journey ahead without her.
