Obituary of David Allen Austin

Austin, David Allen passed at home in Edina, MN on August 17, 2023.

He was born on June 27, 1947, to Delores (Millem) and Richard Austin. 

Preceded in death by parents and his cherished grandparents, Earl and Frances Austin. 

Survived by wife of 56 years, Sharon (Hodel) Austin; daughters, Heather Hesteness (Timothy) and Brooke Austin (Aaron Chapman); his very special grandsons, Joseph and Jeffrey Hesteness; and brother, William Austin. 

Dave enjoyed bonus time with us thanks to the outstanding care from the Park Nicollet Methodist hospice team. Dave is now flying free.

A private family service will be held.
