I was a lead home health aid where Tom lived, in the last year of his life. We had such a special bond that I don’t think others in my role got to experience. He for some reason trusted me and always showed me that I was a safe and sound person for him. I can’t express enough how much Tom truly made a lasting impression on my life. I will never forget him, his sweet and kind demeanor, his goofy side and at times, stubbornness. I’m so honored that I was able to know him in the last stages of his life.

I worked with Tom from 1990 until he retired. We shared working in several nursing homes together over the years. He was always a kind, thoughtful man and I enjoyed him very much. After he retired, unfortunately, I lost contact with him and only saw him once after that. Patti, my deepest condolences to you and to Tom's siblings, family and friends.
