Obituary of Charlene M. Borotz

Borotz, Charlene M. Our beloved wife, mother, sister, sister-in-law and friend Charlene Borotz, age 66, of Chanhassen, formerly of Willmar, died at home on July 20, 2016. She is survived by her best friend and loving husband, Richard and daughters, Vanessa Borotz and Jaime (Luis) Bolanos. Charlene also leaves behind her siblings, Bruce (Ruth Ann), Doug (Amy), Robyn (Joe), and Ron (Candy) and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Arland and Charlotte Gilbertson. Charlene loved taking walks, gardening, and travelling to new places and adventures with her husband. Her joy in life was supporting and spoiling her children and taking care of others, especially her late father Arlie in his final years. She poured her heart into caring for her family and she will always be remembered for her immense love and kindness. A memorial service will be Wednesday, July 27, 2016 at Family of Christ Church, 2020 Coulter Blvd in Chanhassen, MN. Service begins at 11:00 am with visitation at 10:00 am.
