Obituary of Andrew John Nelson

Andrew “Andy” Nelson, age 79 of Ramsey, passed away June 11, 2023 from Dementia. Preceded in death by parents and sisters; Marlene and Janet. Andy was an Insulator for Asbestos Workers Local 34. Andy graduated from Osseo High School in 1961. Survived by wife of 56 years, Val; children, Traci (Steve) Hansen and Steve (Kari) Nelson; grandchildren, Drew, Dillon, Derek, Maria, Ethan, Camren, Henrik and Genevieve; great-grandchildren, Braelynn, Clara and Adaline and brother, Richard. Celebration of Life gathering on Sunday, July 16, 2023 from 2-5 PM at Rum River Hills Golf Course in Ramsey.
