Obituary of Jacquelyn Laverne Moody Lindberg

Jacquelyn Laverne Moody Lindberg - Jackie - age 92, passed away Monday, January 23, 2023. She was born to the late Walter Thomas Moody, Sr., and Rosa Aline Tharpe on September 20, 1930. 

Jackie attended A.L. Miller High School in Macon, Georgia before attending Woodruff School of Nursing of Emory University, Atlanta, Georgia, graduated with honors, in 1951, and Augsburg College, Minneapolis, Minnesota, graduated Cum Laude, in 1981. 

Jackie's nursing career provided her an outlet to showcase her compassion, nurturing, and organizational skills, and allowed her to mentor people throughout her life. 

She retired from North Memorial Hospital, Minnesota, and Little Hospice, Edina, Minnesota. 

Jackie is preceded in death by her brothers, Walter T. Moody, Jr. (Duck), Julian E. Moody (Cotton), Littleton Berry Moody (Berry), Marian G. Moody, John W. Moody, Richard A. Moody, and Dan R. Moody. 

She is survived by her children, Julia S. St Sauver (Jerry) and Matthew T. Lindberg; grandchildren, Jordan, Jakob, and Jessa Ringler; brother Harry G. Moody (Patsy); and multiple nieces and nephews.
