Obituary of Judith Ann Dahlstrom

Judith Ann (McEwen) Dahlstrom passed away on May 30 in Webb Lake, Wisconsin at the age of 78. She was a resident of Columbia Heights, Minnesota.

Born in Royalton, Minnesota to Linus and Dorothy (Radziej) McEwen, Judie attended Johnson High School in St. Paul. Under her father’s tutelage, Judy became a Jane-of-all-trades and always helped others with home or car repairs.

Judie and her beloved husband Craig were 35-year seasonal residents of Webb Lake Campground, where they made many lifelong friends.

Among Judie’s greatest gifts was her devotion to her four grandchildren, who remember her steady presence and unwavering support through good times and bad.

Judie was preceded in death by her parents, Linus and Dorothy, and her brothers Robert and Richard. She is survived by her husband of 52 years, Craig; stepsons Todd Dahlstrom (Debbie Prokopf) of St. Paul; Royal Dahlstrom (Lisa) of Mounds View; and grandchildren Candace (Jeremy Morgan), Madeline, Sterling, and Cooper.

A private celebration of life with immediate family will be held in the fall. The family has asked that memorial contributions be made to Feline Rescue, www.felinerescue.org.
