Obituary of Delmar Mueller

Delmar Mueller, age 79 of Prior Lake passed away on Tuesday, November 1st, 2016. He is survived by his loving wife of 54 years, Linda, children, Joanne (Paul) Ries, Barb (Mike) Harcey, Joe Mueller; grandchildren, Amanda, Kayla, Austin, Jenna, Katie, and Charlie; sister Gloria Enger and brother-in-law Jerry Hafermann. He was preceded in death by parents John and Hilda Mueller and sister Jeanette Hafermann. Delmar and Linda built their home in Prior Lake where they raised a family together. He enjoyed horseback riding, putzing in the shed, hobby farming and working on tractors. Delmar worked for many years as a heavy equipment operator in the construction industry. Delmar lived most of his life in Prior Lake surrounding himself with his family and friends. He especially loved being with Linda, his children, grandchildren and his tractors. His smile and laugh will never be forgotten. His kindness, generosity, and loving spirit will be greatly missed by all who knew him. Delmar will be remembered in a service on November 7th at the Cremation Society of Minnesota located at 7110 France Ave S, Edina. The visitation will be held at 10 a.m., memorial service at 11 a.m. with a reception and private burial to follow.
