Obituary of Michael Pulsifer
Michael “Mick” Pulsifer died peacefully at home on November 15 in St. Louis Park at the age of 59.
Mick is survived by his wife Patti; children: Courtney (Crockett), Andy(Jadee), his grandchildren, siblings, brother and sister in laws, nieces and nephews, cousins and many friends.
Mick was born on December 26, 1956 in Minneapolis. He graduated from the University of Minnesota in 1984 with a degree in Fine Arts. Micks learning didn’t stop at school…a trip to Holiday for a soda was an opportunity to learn something new from someone he was just talking to. Anyone he met meant an opportunity to learn something. Mick spent many years volunteering as a girls fastpitch softball coach…he was always considered the “fun” coach.
Mick loved nature...flowers, birds and of course ROCKS...a pocket was never complete without a rock in it! Mick also loved art which was reflected in his gardens, beading and airbrushed artwork.
A celebration of Micks life is scheduled for Sunday December 11. Service begins at 1:00 at the VFW 100 Shady Oak Road, Hopkins MN 55343 followed by light Hors d’oeuvres. Please come prepared to share a story if you wish. The family would like to thank the hospital staff at Methodist Hospital for the care that they gave Mick over his extended stay there before going home.
