Obituary of David Carl Sundberg

David Carl Sundberg, 75, passed Friday, November 18, 2016 after a long battle with cancer. David was born July 23, 1941 to Clarence and Frances Sundberg in International Falls. He graduated from International Falls High School in 1959 and from the University of Minnesota in 1965 with a BS in Pharmacy. On July 15, 1967, he married Vonnie Grengs. David was employed as a Pharmacist and worked in Real Estate and Personal Development. He enjoyed his family. David spent most of his time taking pictures and talking to people. In college he was the manager of the Amigo Club at the University of MN and it was a life long pleasure to be a part of that group. A special thank you to all the people he called his friend. Survivors include his sons, John (Mary) and Jason (Martha), both of Eagan; grandchildren Tate, Gemma, Maren and Carys; brothers Richard (Karen) of St. Paul, Dean of Prescott, Arizona, Duane (Patricia) of Isanti; as well as many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents and beloved wife. A celebration will be held in the spring in Eagan, MN.
