Obituary of Carol J Hansen

Age 84, Carol was a proud resident of Bloomington, MN for 56 years, passed away March 18, 2023. Carol was born in Cokato, MN on July 6, 1938.

Carol was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 63 years Donald L. Hansen, parents Ferdinand and Amelia Hedlund, sister Gloria Randall and brother Jerry Hedlund.

She graduated from South High School. Carol retired from the Park Nicollet Bloomington Clinic. Carol enjoyed spending time at their cabin on Bass Lake in Ideal Corners, MN with family and friends. She loved the many pups they had over the years.

Carol is survived by her sons Dave (Karla) and Michael; daughter Sandy (Brad) Cregan; granddaughters Emily (Casey) Millette and Sarah (Adam) Mateen; great grandchildren Ronin, Maeve, Rheia and Lenora; brother Rich Hedlund; sister-in-law, Dorie (Larry) Grady; sister-in-law, Kathy Hansen; many nieces, nephews and their families and many friends.

Memorial Service will be held on Tuesday April 4, 2023 at 2:00 pm with visitation starting at 1:00 pm at the Cremation Society of MN, 7110 France Ave. South, Edina, MN 55435.
