Obituary of Michael Reese
Michael was first and foremost an artist...and had the artistic temperament in all his endeavors. He loved art, art history and architecture, his favorite being works of Frank Lloyd Wright. His renovations of his home in south Minneapolis was an example of his love for craftsmanship. He collected...well, EVERYTHING! Art, books, sculptures, stamps, metal cast cars, clothing, lamps, letters, postcards, pottery, cameras, photographs, music, musical instruments, clocks, watches and inronically, was always late for everything! His scathing wit and penchant for teasing was a self-described "acquired taste" and not for the faint hearted. He loved his family, canines, kids, movies, travel, adventure and without prejudice, enjoyed people and cultures and cuisine of all kinds. An inquisitive mind made him an avid reader. His struggle with depression all this life limited what he wanted to achieve, but he knew and believed his Creator's promise that the planet would globally be restored to its original purpose, that of a Paradise. May Michael rest in peace until those promises are fulfilled. (Rev. 21:3,4)
