Rob, lived in Vancouver Canada for half of his life before moving to Florida to be with his family. It was in Florida that he met his wife Eva Farina, her two daughters, and granddaughter. Rob took on the role of father and family man for the rest of his time on this earth and was loved by many.
Rob was a stock car race driver for his entire life at all the local race tracks in the places he lived. Rob did demolition derbies, and stunt driving, with one of his most intense stunts being strapped to the hood of a car as it was driven through fire. Rob loved the thrill of racing and in his later years still loved to watch Nascar Races at the track in Daytona, FL or on T.V.
