Obituary of Dennis Raasch

Dennis (Skip) Paul Raasch born May 4, 1939 died December 23, 2022 at the age of 83. Preceded in death by Parents Alfred & Annette Raasch; brothers Donald Raasch; twin brother Daniel (Butch) Raasch; and sister Dolores Piermantier. Survived by brother Bruce Raasch, sisters Joyce (Bob) Mercado and Judy (Dwight) Willemssen. Also, many nieces, nephews and cousins. Dennis graduated from Mechanic Arts High School in 1957 and graduated with a BA from Macalester College in 1961, all in St. Paul MN. He was in the US Army form 1961-1964 and stationed in Germany for 2 1/2 years. He retired in 2004 as a Salesman and Manager for several companies where he lived and worked in many cities over a 35 year period. He enjoyed going to baseball games, movies and casinos. He also enjoyed doing crossword and jigsaw puzzles, playing cards and reading novels. A celebration of life will be arranged at a later date. Private interment will be at Forest Lawn Cemetery in St. Paul.
