Obituary of Mary Pauline Johnson

Mary Pauline Johnson (Arndt), aka "Marcy", age 85, passed away on 12/1/22 in Hastings, MN. Born 3/28/37 in Mpls, long time resident of Apple Valley. Mary was a member of the Johnson High School class of 1955. Mary lived with MS for decades and did so with a positive attitude. Sadly, Mary was separated from her loving & dedicated husband of 65 years, Don, when he passed away on 8/13/22. She was also preceded in death by her daughter Pat Johnson on 11/11/22. Mary is survived by daughter Pam (Dan) Reinardy of Hastings, grandchildren Tiffany (Ray) Oblander and Marty "Dude" Ranweiler (Jody), great granddaughters Marlee and Mairee, brother John (Barb) Arndt, nieces, nephews and cousins. She was a long time employee of 3M. Don & Mary enjoyed the company of many dear friends, including lunch dates and the "club gang". Mary was the founder of the St. Paul chapter of Mothers of Twins club and enjoyed those activities very much. Following retirement, she & Don did some traveling before MS led Don to become Marys full time caregiver. She will be remembered by all for being the sweet and special lady she was. Private interment at Fort Snelling in the spring.
