Obituary of Daniel Lee Medin

Daniel Medin, a beloved husband, father and grandfather passed away on November 9, 2022 at the age of seventy five. Born in St. Paul to Viola and Carl Medin, he lived in Minneapolis and attended Edison High School. Dan served in the U.S. Army reserve, graduated from St Cloud State University and went on to work in sales. 

He is survived by his wife of 41 years, Janet and their three children; Brett (Michelle), Jon (Molly) and Lindsey (Tom); two grandchildren, Cason and Landon along with his brother Gary (Joy), nephew Steve (Lisa) and niece Sara (Steve). 

Interment at Lord of Life Church in Maple Grove Memorial Peace Garden will be private and a celebration of Dan’s life will take place at a later date. 

Memorials preferred to any of Dan’s favorite charities including; St Jude Children’s Hospital, Second Harvest Heartland, Animal Humane Society, Union Gospel Mission, Wounded Warriors, Big Brothers of Central MN, Lord of Life Lutheran Church in Maple Grove.
