Obituary of Gerald Krause

Jerry was born in a little house on a hill in So. Chicago to Geraldine and Lorie Krause. Served 4 years in the U.S. Air Force; worked 36 years as a graphic designer for Unisys Corp. Jerry enjoyed Twins baseball and vacationing in northern Minnesota. He loved and cherished his family most of all.

He was preceded in death by his parents; granddaughter Marta; brothers Vernon, George, Wayne; sons-in-law Jeffery Wagner and Paul Werber. Survived by wife of 66 years, Ann; children Peter (Lisa), Stephen (Cathy), Polly, Sue and John;grandchildren Katie(Chris), Corey (Katie) Tim, David(Sarah) Simon, Hannah, Nick, and Rose; great grandson Kaden.

Inurnment to take place Spring of 2023 at Fort Snelling. Memorials to Richfield United Methodist (VEAP) or donor’s choice.

Jerry was a beautiful man with a wonderful smile.
